EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

As a student at the University of Washington, I engaged in diverse extracurricular activities—working, teaching, volunteering, and mentoring—that supported my personal growth and enriched my undergraduate experience. These activities reinforced my passion for bioengineering and biomedical science and provide me with an outlet to use my skills and interests to serve others.

ALLBRITTON LAB

As an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Nancy Allbritton's Lab in the Department of Bioengineering, I collaborated with my graduate student mentor, Dr. Cody LaBelle, to optimize microraft array single-cell isolation technology for the study and selection of CAR T cells to kill cancer.
